What does the £49 include?
A full, real investigation into what's actually wrong, not a guess. If the fault is safe and straightforward to fix during that session, we fix it there and then at no extra charge.
What if the fault is easy to fix?
Then it's done as part of the £49, you don't pay twice for a simple job.
What if the repair takes longer?
You get the cause explained in plain English and a fixed quote before we do anything further. Nothing chargeable happens without your go-ahead. Diagnosis itself is usually quick. If it depends on something outside our control, such as hosting access, a third-party plugin's own support team, or DNS propagation, we'll tell you exactly what's needed and how it affects timing, rather than guess.
Will you change anything without permission?
No. We diagnose first and always agree the fix, and the cost, if any, with you before touching anything beyond the agreed diagnosis.
Do you need administrator or hosting access?
Usually, yes, to diagnose properly. We'll tell you exactly what access is needed and the safest way to share it, never through this contact form.
Can you help if the website is completely down?
Yes, tell us in the form and we'll treat it as urgent.
Can you help with WooCommerce?
Yes, checkout, payments, orders, shipping and stock issues are all within scope.
Can you help with Elementor?
Yes, including a broken editor, layout issues and mobile display problems.
Can you help if another developer built the site?
Yes, most of what we fix was built by someone else. We diagnose what's there now, not what we would have built.
What if the site has been hacked?
Tell us in the form. We'll assess the damage and explain what's involved in cleaning it up safely, this is often a bigger job than the £49 diagnosis covers, and we'll be upfront if so.
Is this different from Website Rescue?
This is the fast entry point for a specific fault. Our Website Rescue, Migration & Integrations service is for larger jobs, full rebuilds, host migrations or multiple connected faults. We'll point you there if that's what you actually need.
Is the £49 credited against a larger repair?
Yes, if you proceed with the quoted repair, the £49 diagnosis fee is credited against it.
