Privacy & Cookies
The short version: we collect what you send us, we track as little as possible, and we never sell your details. The full version is below.
Who we are
Pure Web Craft is a founder-led web design studio based in Antrim, Northern Ireland, operating the website purewebcraft.com. Contact: purewebcraft@gmail.com.
What information we collect
Enquiry details. When you use our contact form we receive the details you type: your name, email address, business name, website address, project details and message. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
Visit statistics. We use WP Statistics, a privacy-focused tool that runs on our own server, to understand which pages are visited. It does not use tracking cookies and data is anonymised. Nothing is shared with advertising networks.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) for security and reliability.
Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies — small files needed for caching, security and basic site function. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies, which is why you do not see a cookie consent banner. Browsing this website does not opt you into any tracking, because there is none to opt into.
Legal basis
We process enquiry details on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a request you made) and, where a project proceeds, contract. Anonymous visit statistics rely on legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website.
How long we keep information
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they remain relevant to a current or potential project, then deleted. We do not build marketing lists from enquiries and we do not send newsletters you have not asked for.
Who we share information with
Nobody, except the services that make the website and email work: our hosting provider (Hostinger) and our email provider. We never sell or rent your details.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the information we hold about you, and you can object to processing or ask for your data in a portable format. Email purewebcraft@gmail.com and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, this page will be updated and the date below revised.
