Usually, yes. If you own the domain or hosting account there is almost always a legitimate route back in. We will tell you quickly if there is not.

Will moving host hurt my Google rankings?

Not if it is done properly — same URLs, redirects where anything changes, and search engines told about the move. That is part of the job, not an extra.

What does a rescue cost?
